Wooden storage box with cleats on edge of lid, square nail construction, in old light green wash paint over stenciled sides that reads "Dr. Schreiber / Esopus N.Y. / No. 3" - other illegible stenciling. Mid 19th century. 23"W x 13 1/2"D x 12 1/4"H. The box missing locking hasp, hinges have been moved from interior to exterior, and expected use wear.
